Yes, classes are recorded so you can review them on your own time at your own pace.
Comfortable workout clothes are fine. For online it is best to NOT wear white or black as those colours make it harder to see you. Set up your camera so it shows your full yoga mat and you whether you are standing, kneeling or lying down on it. Bright lighting helps too. Come with an open curious mind and do not eat a full meal within one hour of class.
Your intake call, six weeks of 75 minute classes, and the class recordings for four weeks after the classes end.
Select in Person or Online button on the Ajna Yoga Studio Classes page HERE. You'll pay the fee and be sent an online waiver to sign. Kathryn will connect with you for your intake form and call.

Hi, Kat. Since the class, going IN has really resonated with me…being rather than doing.
I read your blog on the importance of restorative practice and it spoke to me deeply.
Thank you and namaste!

Every day I am doing the constructive rest that you showed me. Lying down like that has been more helpful than anything in regulating my nervous system, which relieves the tension, aches, etc.

This class has helped me develop a much deeper and more practical understanding of my scoliosis and how it shows up in my body. What I especially appreciated was the emphasis on slow, conscious movement and on taking the time to truly observe and feel rather than rushing to correct. The teaching feels precise, supportive, and empowering, making this class an excellent choice for anyone looking for a thoughtful and supportive approach to yoga for scoliosis or back care.
